Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in training (soft skills/communication)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Deliver training on communication, personality development, and employability skills.
- Conduct sessions on spoken English, interview skills, workplace behavior, and grooming.
- Use role plays, group activities, and presentations for effective learning.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials as per curriculum.
- Assess candidates through activities, presentations, and mock interviews.
- Mentor candidates to build confidence and professional attitude.
- Track attendance, performance, and batch progress.
- Support placement readiness and interview preparation.

Data Management

- Maintain class delivery records and training MIS




- Share weekly/monthly attendance and progress dashboards
- Report daily activities and student performance updates

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust training and facilitation ability.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (English/HR preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in soft skills or communication training preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
