Corefit Plus is a premium Pilates studio dedicated to improving health, strength, and balance through expert-led sessions. We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Studio Manager to support operations and sales at our Noida studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about wellness.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

- Support the Studio Manager in overseeing daily operations for smooth functioning.
- Supervise front desk and support staff to ensure service excellence.
- Assist with class scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining studio hygiene.
- Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with studio policies, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Sales & Client Engagement

- Conduct studio tours and book trial sessions for new clients.
- Educate members about Pilates programs and Corefit Plus offerings.




- Build relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist in driving membership sales, renewals, and promotional activities.
- Support marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Fitness, Retail, Marketing, BPO or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations or sales (fitness, health, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Solid organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Team management or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Pilates or the wellness industry is desirable.
- Passionate about health and client service excellence.
