We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Head to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing teams, ensuring smooth business processes, and driving overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, HR, and other departments.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Manage vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and business activities.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Drive cost optimization and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Support business expansion and growth initiatives.




- Work closely with the Digital Marketing/Marketing team to ensure operational and marketing activities are aligned with business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in operations/management.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in digital marketing or working closely with digital marketing teams will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and operational planning.
