- Plan and optimize transportation routes (land, sea, air) for cost efficiency and timely delivery
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and shipping standards
- Analyze logistics data to improve performance and reduce bottlenecks
- Manage vendor and carrier relationships
- Recruit, train, and supervise logistics staff and drivers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Logistics Manager / Transportation Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, and MS Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
