Job Description :
 Experience in Estimation, Contract management, Contract Review, Preparing Proposal
& Extra works, Claims, negotiations.
 Providing general CONTRACTUAL SUPPORT to the project execution Team.
 Quantity take-offs from drawings and tracking with respect to work order quantity.
Accurate BBS Quantities
 Tracking of changes / variations with respect to GFC drawings / site conditions and
preparing variation statements for amendment of order.
 Preparing Service Entry Sheet for the Bills raised by Vendors/Contractors.
 Checking of Bills submitted by Vendors / Contractors with respect to contract
conditions, progress of work and preparing Certificate of Payment.
 Physical verification of activities at site.
 Coordination and follow-up with Accounts for payments as per terms mentioned in
work-order.
 Administer all contracts with respect to conditions of Contract.
 Preparing weekly / monthly MIS.
 Preparing RA bills for the projects (client and sub-contractor bills)



on monthly basis.
 Quantity Calculation, Cost Estimation / Rate Analysis from BOQ
 Cross Billing analysis, Covered area, item rate and the making of monthly RA Bills
accordingly.
 Providing billing related information/documents as and when required.
 Arithmetic and technical checking of all bills & material invoice etc.
 Random physical checking of bills at site case to case.
 Material Reconciliation to check as per conditions of Contract.
 Documentation of all correspondence (inward and outward record keeping).
 Responsible for verification of certified RA bills
 Timely preparation of client bills & Submission, and ensuring accuracy.
Candidates should have experience in Real Estate Construction Project i.e Residential,Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare .
