Position: Sales Manager – FMCG Institutional Sales
Work Area: Government & Institutional Sector

Location: Kerala

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Candidate Requirements

- Age: Below 40 years
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in FMCG Institutional Sales preferred
- Solid experience dealing with Government Departments, Government Institutions, Government Canteens & Institutional Buyers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to develop new government and institutional business
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Target-oriented and capable of independently handling sales activities

Key Responsibilities





- Develop FMCG sales in the Government & Institutional sector
- Identify and acquire new institutional customers
- Maintain relationships with government departments and institutional buyers
- Handle tenders, quotations, purchase orders and supply follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market activities
