Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Interior Designer with experience in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of space planning, furniture design, 3D visualization, and technical documentation, with the ability to develop innovative and functional design solutions as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare design sketches, layouts, 3D models, and realistic visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Plan and optimize interior spaces considering functionality, aesthetics, lighting, ergonomics, and furniture placement.
- Select suitable furniture, materials, finishes, colors, textures,



and accessories based on design concepts and project requirements.
- Prepare professional design presentations and effectively communicate concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Create detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and construction design sheets required for manufacturing and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, budget requirements, and company guidelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, technologies, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Experience in handling residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and furniture design.
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings and design documentation.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture selection.
- Strong creative thinking with an excellent eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to adapt to changing design trends and project requirements.

Job Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: Best in the industry (Negotiable)
