About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
The role requires someone who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes while creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities1
1. HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and experience letters.
- Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee data.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Manage the pre-joining and onboarding process for current employees.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of joining documents.
- Conduct HR induction and explain company policies and processes.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
4. Exit & Full & Final Settlement
- Manage employee resignation and exit processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and document feedback.
- Coordinate clearance and full & final settlement processes.
- Issue relieving, experience, and other required separation documents.
5. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
- Track headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, and employee movement.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and reports.
- Provide HR insights and data to management whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
- Working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
