- Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, admission counselors, and TPAs.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the company's network.
- Coordinate with educational institutions for training, placement, and marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at career fairs, seminars, and networking events.
- Travel for official meetings and marketing activities as required.
- Achieve business development and placement targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, placements, campus recruitment, or institutional sales.
- Solid networking skills with colleges, admission counselors, and TPAs.
- Good knowledge of campus drives and placement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel. Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided by the company.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
