We are hiring for an immediate opening for Pickup & Delivery Operations Supervisor – Logistics / Cargo near Chennai Airport.

Position: Pickup & Delivery Operations Supervisor

Location: Near Chennai Airport, Chennai

Vacancy: 1

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Timing:

Day Shift : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, cargo, transport operations, pickup & delivery coordination, or vendor/driver coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily pickup and delivery operations
- Coordinate with vendor vehicles and drivers
- Follow up for timely collection and delivery
- Update shipment status on WhatsApp group and mobile app
- Check LR, documents, and material status
- Coordinate with airport/cargo team
- Share daily status report with Operations Manager
- Handle urgent pickup/delivery follow-ups over phone when required

Significant:

Candidate must be available for 24x7 phone coordination, as pickup/delivery follow-ups may be required even after office hours.





Candidate Requirements:

- Tamil, Hindi and basic English communication
- Basic mobile app and WhatsApp usage
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory
- Responsible, active and follow-up-oriented candidate
- Local Chennai route knowledge preferred

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate from logistics, courier, cargo, airport cargo, transport, pickup & delivery, or fleet/vendor coordination background will be preferred.
