Role: Senior Technical Consultant (STC)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform.

- CMDB
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- ServiceNow configuration and troubleshooting
- Technical consulting and client-facing experience

Work Arrangement

Mandatory: Candidate should be willing to work from the client office 4 days a week in Mumbai.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Positive knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Immediate / ASAP joiners preferred
