1. Manage end-to-end export logistics operations, including shipment planning, courier bookings, freight coordination, customs clearance, and timely delivery of international orders.

2. Prepare, verify, and maintain all export documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Airway Bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other regulatory and customer-specific documents.

3. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Stores, QA, Dispatch, and Finance) and external stakeholders (freight forwarders, courier partners, banks, and clearing agents) to ensure smooth order execution.

4. Provide backend support to the Export Sales team by processing purchase orders, preparing quotations and proforma invoices, tracking payments and shipments, and maintaining customer and shipment records.

Monitor export compliance requirements, maintain MIS reports and documentation, and support activities related to export incentives, exhibitions, sample dispatches, and product registrations whenever required.

6. Communicate effectively with overseas customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and documentation requirements while ensuring timely resolution of logistics and operational issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
