Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a growing renewable energy company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, lead generation, social media, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Generate and nurture quality leads through digital marketing channels
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- Monitor website performance, SEO, and online visibility
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and relevant marketing tools
- Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with content, design,



and sales teams to improve lead conversion
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation
- Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and optimizing ROI
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop effective digital campaigns
- Experience in the Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Construction, or related industry will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
