Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter (US staffing) to join our team at our office in Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, source and screen qualified technical professionals, coordinate interviews, and support client hiring requirements.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment, managing multiple job requirements, and building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage US full-cycle recruitment for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, JobDiva, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Recruit for roles including Software Developers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Project Managers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Analysts, and Help Desk professionals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate technical skills, work experience, communication,



availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Submit qualified candidates with accurate candidate summaries, skill highlights, availability, and salary/rate expectations.
- Maintain candidate records, job requisitions, interview notes, and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future client needs.
- Support candidate onboarding, documentation collection, reference checks, and offer coordination.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for sourcing, submissions, interviews, placements, and candidate engagement.
- Work closely with account managers and leadership to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting, technical recruiting, or IT staffing.
- Experience recruiting for US-based IT positions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical job roles, skills, and terminology.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or JobDiva.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate relationship-management skills.




- Ability to manage multiple open requirements and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment databases.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent recruitment experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for US staffing, government contracts, state government projects, or public-sector clients.
- Experience with W2, C2C, 1099, and contract staffing requirements.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B, OPT, CPT, and EAD holders.
- Experience working with vendor management systems and staffing MSP programs.
- Ability to work with US-based teams, clients, and candidates across time zones.

Work Location

This is a full time onsite role based at:

Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Candidates must be able to work from the office Monday through Friday.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
