Customer Support & Sales Agent – Diagnostic Health Check-ups

Shift: Rotational, between 7:00 AM – 11:59 PM (candidates must be flexible across shifts)

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Customer Support & Sales Agent to join our diagnostics team. This is a blended role combining consultative sales with day-to-day customer support — you'll pitch diagnostic and preventive health check-up packages while also handling scheduling, follow-ups, and query resolution for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

● Pitch and sell diagnostic/preventive health check-up packages to prospective customers via calls and chat

● Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to phlebotomy (home sample collection) scheduling

● Follow up on test reports, resolve delays, and coordinate with lab/operations teams

● Manage high volumes of calls and chats daily while maintaining service quality

● Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive, consultative selling

● Address customer concerns, objections, and complaints professionally

● Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM

● Meet daily/monthly sales targets alongside support SLAs (response time, resolution time, CSAT)





Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in diagnostic/preventive health check-up sales or support.

● Proven ability to handle both sales and support simultaneously

● Strong verbal communication and convincing/negotiation skills

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment

● Flexible to work rotational shifts between 7 AM and 11:59 PM, including weekends

● Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus

● Fluency in required languages Hindi, English.

Preferred Skills

● Prior experience in diagnostic labs, hospitals, or health-tech companies

● Ability to multitask between sales pitches and support resolution without dropping quality

● Resilience and composure under pressure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
