- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, or a related major.
- Foundational knowledge of PON systems (GPON, XGS-PON, EPON) covering ONT, ONU, and OLT components.
- Automation & Performance (3–5 years level): Required proficiency in Python automation frameworks (Robot Test framework preferred). Experience with performance testing (S&P;), traffic generators (Spirent, IXIA, etc.), and L2 forwarding test design/packet analysis.
- Alternative Routing: If sourcing directly skilled GPON resources proves challenging, candidates with robust L2 Forwarding (L2FWD) QA skills will be considered, with internal grooming provided by Nokia to build GPON expertise.
