Job Description

- Plan, coordinate, and execute construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, erection, and equipment installation works at yard/site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and workforce to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor daily progress, productivity, resource utilization, and schedule adherence.
- Review construction sequences, method statements, and installation procedures.
- Supervise lifting, rigging, transportation, and heavy equipment installation activities.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower before commencement of work.




- Resolve construction and installation issues in coordination with engineering teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Participate in mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate system checks, testing, inspections, punch point closure, and handover activities.
- Ensure completion and compilation of construction, testing, and commissioning documentation.
- Track and close NCRs, punch points, and technical observations.
- Monitor compliance with ISO, DNV, IEC, ASME, AWS, and client requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, work permits, and safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety observations.
- Support incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and coordination discussions.
- Ensure successful project completion within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
