Job Title: Lift Technician

Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger and commercial lifts to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, service, and maintain elevators and lift systems.
- Perform preventive and general maintenance of lifts.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
- Check lift doors, sensors, limit switches, ARD, batteries, safety circuits, and other components.
- Attend customer complaints and breakdown calls promptly.
- Carry out replacement and adjustment of faulty components.
- Perform lift inspection and testing after service/repair.
- Maintain service reports and update work status.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and customers during service and repair activities.




- Ensure the lift is operating safely before handing it over to the customer.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of elevator components and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams.
- Positive problem-solving skills.
- Customer handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience in elevator/lift service is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
