Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, set performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
- To ensure production objectives are met within approved budget, schedules, and quality specifications
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes, design and implement improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs and eliminate errors.
- Develop improvements in production methods, standards and procedures to ensure effective use of resources
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects
- Plan production details with regard to resource requirements and costs
- Hire, train, and supervise operational staff, assign tasks and provide performance feedback to maintain high team efficiency.
- Develop solutions focused strategies with the delivery teams to achieve project milestones
- Report on metrics (KPI’s) as well as instilling understanding of metrics across the business to develop a performance-based culture.
- Foster a high-performing work team culture throughout the workplace
- Implement Continuous Improvement Framework tools
- Develop and maintain a trained, quality-centered manufacturing workforce
- Facilitate regular production meetings to review order progress and to resolve outstanding order issues to meet on-time shipment commitments

As the operations executive you will be responsible for driving the operation's robust strategic plans by providing specific product designs into finished products that meet customer order requirements, product quality standards, and product delivery commitments. Serving as the tactical liaison between the Managing Director, Business development manager, office and the Production team while leading the operations team in achieving organizational goals.

Ideally you are already more than 5 years accomplished as an operations manager that makes you a successful and committed performer. You are degree qualified and commercially astute with solid experience in operational planning and strategy, skilled at interpreting financial reporting. You possess strong operational and project management skills and experienced at managing relationships with all stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
