- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with customers
