We are hiring Front Desk Executives for the DLF Loyalty Program at DLF Summit Plaza, Gurugram – the newest shopping destination by DLF.
The Front Desk Executive will be the face of the mall's loyalty program, responsible for welcoming shoppers, introducing them to the benefits of the program, assisting with registrations through the WhatsApp-based loyalty platform, and addressing customer queries. The role also involves promoting the loyalty program, maintaining accurate enrollment records, and coordinating with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant and approachable personality, and a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in front desk operations, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional activities will be an added advantage.
