Bachelors/master's degree in engineering or computer science

- 3-5 years of Product development experience
- Strong working experience on Full stack with micro service development.
- Strong working experience on created reusable components for multiple products.
- Good knowledge on software engineering concepts like OOPs, design patterns & principles (SOLID), architecture patterns (SOA, EIA etc)
- Understands the significance of UX for products and enables UX experts to work effectively with engineering
- Exposure to Agile Software development methodology; CI/CD practices and tools.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure services (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
- Enterprise scale Software issue fixing, debugging, Reverse Engineering skills and tools usage towards it.
- Knowledge of test-driven development
- Adoption of evolving and established technology enablers in day-to-day execution to be productive e.g. levering CoPilot integrations in SDLC
