Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling customer enquiries, providing information, and generating potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Explain products, services, courses, or offers clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/admission team when required.
- Build a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.
- Requirements:
- 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite while speaking on calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
