The Zoho Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end functional ownership of assigned customer engagements, starting with requirement gathering and process understanding and continuing through solution design, configuration, Deluge coding, test-case preparation, testing, demonstrations, training, go-live and ongoing customer support. The Consultant is expected to understand the customer’s business, translate requirements into practical Zoho solutions, perform routine and intermediate Deluge development, validate quality directly, and remain accountable for the usability and supportability of the implemented solution.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Process Understanding

1. Participate in discovery, requirement and clarification meetings with customer stakeholders.

2. Understand current processes, pain points, desired outcomes, users, approvals, data and reporting needs.

3. Document requirements, process flows, assumptions, decisions and open questions.

4. Identify gaps, dependencies, contradictions and areas requiring customer confirmation.

5. Support stakeholder mapping, scope definition, estimation and proposal preparation.

Maintain traceability between approved requirements and delivered solution components.

Solution Design and Functional Consulting

1. Recommend appropriate Zoho products, modules and standard features.

2. Design modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, approvals, reports, dashboards and user access.

3. Simplify processes before recommending customization.

4. Identify where Deluge, Zoho Creator, Zoho Catalyst, integration or custom development is required.

5. Explain solution options, limitations and operational implications clearly.

Configuration and Deluge Development

1. Configure approved Zoho applications, modules, fields, layouts, profiles, roles, permissions and sharing rules.

2. Create workflow rules, assignment rules, approval processes, blueprints, notifications, templates and schedules.

3. Develop routine and intermediate Deluge functions, validations, calculations, record updates and cross-Zoho automation.

4. Configure reports, dashboards and operational views.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
