Camp Organiser – Job DescriptionJob Title: Camp Organiser
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and responsible Camp Organiser to plan, coordinate, and manage camps and related activities. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating staff and participants, managing schedules and activities, and maintaining a safe, positive, and enjoyable camp setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organise camp programmes, activities, and schedules.
- Coordinate with instructors, volunteers, staff, vendors, and participants.
- Manage participant registration, attendance, and daily records.
- Ensure all camp activities run according to schedule.
- Supervise and support camp staff and volunteers.
- Arrange accommodation, meals, transportation, equipment, and other logistics as required.
- Communicate camp schedules, rules, and important information to participants and parents.
- Monitor health, safety, security, and general welfare of participants.
- Handle unexpected issues or emergencies promptly and responsibly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and expense records.
- Coordinate with management to ensure camp objectives are achieved.
- Collect feedback from participants and staff and suggest improvements.
- Ensure the camp premises and equipment are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Previous experience in camp coordination, event management, education, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or extended camp hours when required.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.

Working Conditions
The Camp Organiser may be required to work on-site at camp locations, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours during camp programmes. The role requires active involvement in daily activities and coordination with participants and staff.
Pay: ₹19,952.19 - ₹25,908.98 per month
