Key Responsibilities

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

- Inspect incoming Paper, Board, Ink, Adhesive and Chemicals.
- Verify material specifications against approved standards.
- Prepare inspection reports.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

- Conduct routine production quality checks.
- Verify print shade and registration.
- Monitor product quality throughout production.

Final Quality Control (FQC)

- Inspect finished products before dispatch.
- Verify dimensions, artwork, barcode and appearance.
- Approve or reject finished products.

Laboratory Testing

- Perform physical and chemical testing.
- Record and maintain test results.
- Ensure calibration status of testing equipment.

Documentation

- Maintain all quality records.
- Prepare NCR and CAPA reports.




- Support ISO and customer audits.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Printing Technology
- B.Tech Printing Technology (Preferred)

Experience

- 1–3 Years: QC Technician
- 3–5 Years: Senior QC Technician

Only candidates experience with the printing Industry should apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
