SM Group Co is hiring a Technical Coordinator – R&D; for one of our esteemed clients in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry.

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Salary: upto 10 LPA
Experience: 3-4 yrs in Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities
✔ Coordinate product development projects with the R&D; team.
✔ Act as the communication bridge between:
R&D; Team
Project Managers
Laboratories
Purchase Department
Regulatory Agencies
Manufacturing Team (Baroda Plant)
✔ Track project timelines and provide regular project updates.
✔ Collect, collate and maintain technical documentation and project data.
✔ Coordinate with regulatory agencies for documentation and compliance requirements.
✔ Work closely with chemists during product development and testing.
✔ Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
✔ Ensure smooth communication among internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc.)
* Strong fundamentals in Chemistry
* Knowledge of Product Development and R&D; processes

* Solid understanding of Chemistry fundamentals.
* Knowledge of product development processes.
* Experience working with laboratory teams.
* Understanding of regulatory compliance in the chemical industry.

* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
* Highly proactive and prompt in communication.
* Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
* Active problem solver with good organizational abilities.

Language Requirements
✔ English – Mandatory (Non-Negotiable)
✔ Gujarati – Preferred (to effectively coordinate with the Baroda team)

Travel
Occasional travel to the Baroda plant and other business locations as required.
