Position: Junior Art Director / Visualizer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Art Director / Visualiser who can transform ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to develop concepts from initial ideas to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, branding, social media, digital and print creatives.
- Create mood boards, layouts, storyboards and visual references for projects.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual communication.
- Translate briefs into strong and relevant visual concepts.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colour, composition and overall design aesthetics.
- Create presentations and visual proposals for internal and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, photographers, vendors and other creative professionals when required.




- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, creative innovations & generate AI Tools
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Required Skills

- Strong conceptualisation and visualisation skills.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Figma and other design tools will be an added advantage.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute ideas independently.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new ideas.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and visual work is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
