We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven Sales Executives who can own the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and contribute directly to business growth.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at eCorpIT, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our digital services, and closing deals. This role requires someone who can hold meaningful business conversations, understand client needs, and convert prospects into long term partners. You will work closely with the leadership and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals

Present and pitch eCorpIT's digital services including social media management, content marketing, and performance campaigns

Understand client business goals and recommend suitable solutions

Manage the end to end sales process from first contact to deal closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM





Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover post closure

Follow up consistently with warm leads and dormant prospects

Skills and Requirements

0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing

Prior experience or internship in digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B services is a plus

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written

Confident in presenting to business owners and decision makers

Basic understanding of the sales process and willingness to learn objection handling

Self motivated with a target oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a rapid paced, growing team environment

Proficient in basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms

Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are welcome to apply

Must be based in or willing to commute to Gurugram daily
