Manage Windows/Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, backup and infrastructure operations. Handle escalations, RCA, patching, hardening, VAPT remediation, DR, migrations and upgrades. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for availability and SLA compliance.
