The Project Engineer – Electrical will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring electrical projects related to EV charging infrastructure. The role involves site execution, electrical installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to the required technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute electrical works for EV charging station projects.
- Conduct site surveys and assess electrical infrastructure requirements.
- Prepare and review electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical drawings.
- Coordinate the installation of EV chargers, electrical panels, cables, earthing systems, protection devices, and related equipment.
- Supervise electrical installation and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, vendors, clients, and internal teams for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of EV charging equipment and electrical systems.
- Identify electrical faults and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper cable sizing, termination, earthing, protection, and electrical safety practices.
- Verify electrical materials and equipment received at project sites.
- Prepare site reports, installation reports, commissioning reports, and other project documentation.




- Maintain project records, drawings, checklists, and test reports.
- Coordinate with the service and maintenance team during handover and post-installation support.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety procedures, and Company policies.
- Monitor the quality of electrical work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Support estimation, BOQ preparation, material planning, and project documentation when required.
- Travel to project sites as required for surveys, installation, commissioning, inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Provide regular project status updates to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Relevant experience in electrical project execution, installation, or commissioning is preferred.
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, cabling, panels, earthing, and protection systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
