Job Summary

Eco Friendly Tech Solutions is looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer Cum Trainer who can combine practical UI/UX design expertise with effective training skills. The candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly digital experiences while training students in industry-relevant UI/UX concepts, tools, and design practices.

Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive and consistent design systems.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure accurate implementation.
- Review existing designs and suggest improvements based on usability and user feedback.

Training & Mentoring

- Conduct practical UI/UX training sessions for students and professionals.
- Teach UI/UX principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability.
- Provide hands-on training using industry-standard design tools.
- Prepare presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Guide students through real-world UI/UX projects and portfolio development.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students with interview preparation and career guidance.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.




- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.
- Understanding of user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and design systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Candidates with prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience will be preferred.
- A strong UI/UX portfolio is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on real-world website or mobile application projects.
- Experience conducting UI/UX workshops or training programs.
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
- Experience creating skilled UI/UX portfolios.
