Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Professional with 10 to 15 years of expertise in accounting, taxation, banking, import & export documentation, statutory compliance, and financial management. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and be capable of independently handling the complete accounts function of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

- Manage complete accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain accounting controls.

Costing & Financial Analysis

- Analyze product costing and operational costs.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare cost reports and profitability analysis.
- Support management with financial planning and budgeting.

Import & Export Documentation

- Handle import purchase documentation and accounting.
- Verify import invoices, shipping documents, bill of entry, and customs-related records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment of import transactions.

Banking & Treasury Management

- Handle banking documentation for loans, LC, BG, and other banking facilities.
- Manage all net banking transactions and approvals.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with banks regarding financial documentation and compliance requirements.

Creditors & Debtors Management

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
- Reconcile creditor and debtor balances regularly.




- Maintain healthy cash flow through effective receivable and payable management.

GST Compliance

- Complete knowledge of GST from registration to return filing.
- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and annual returns.
- GST reconciliation with books of accounts.
- Handling GST audits, notices, and departmental queries.
- Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and amendments.

TDS Compliance

- Deduction and payment of TDS as per Income Tax provisions.
- Filing of quarterly TDS returns.
- Preparation and issuance of TDS certificates.
- Reconciliation of TDS with books and statutory records.
- Handling notices and assessments related to TDS.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and statutory laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit activities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation as per legal requirements.

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations.
- Present financial reports and business insights to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Management.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliance.
- Sound knowledge of Import & Export Accounting.
- Experience in handling Banking Documentation and Net Banking.
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting and P&L; Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), and ERP Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com (Accounts & Finance).
- 10–15 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Salary: Best in the industry and based on experience & knowledge.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
