Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with solid hands-on knowledge of CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, and networking solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of IT, Networking, and ELV projects, coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure, Networking, and ELV projects
- Lead CCTV camera and surveillance system implementations from planning to handover
- Conduct site surveys, project planning, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and system integrators
- Oversee site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget




- Review and validate BOQs, drawings, and technical documents
- Monitor project risks, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Act as a single point of contact for clients during project execution
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure & Networking projects
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs, VMS)
- Good understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Switching, Routing, VLANs, PoE)
- Experience with structured cabling and ELV systems
- Knowledge of wireless and communication technologies
- Strong vendor and OEM coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously
- Excellent planning, troubleshooting, and leadership abilities
- Preferred CCTV & Networking Skills
- IP camera configuration & troubleshooting
- VMS platforms (any leading brands)
- Network switches, routers, PoE, and basic firewall concepts
- CCTV & network layout review and validation
- Site execution and commissioning experience

Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in IT /Electronics / Engineering

Experience:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT / Networking / ELV project management

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
