Job Description:

Yash dental is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant with expertise in managing Company Accounts and Indian taxation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations, Filing of GST / TDS / PF / ESI efficiently. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities:

- – Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
- – Handling day-to-day accounting
- – Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
- – Handling all banking related works
- – Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
- – Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
- – Handling in the calculation and preparation of tax returns, including GST, customs duties, and other applicable taxes and filling.
- – Preparing profit and loss statements
- – Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
- – Handling petty cash
- – Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
- - E way Bills / PI / PO ETC.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Indian tax laws and regulations affecting import transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and logistics teams, to optimize import processes and minimize tax liabilities.




- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on import-related accounting and taxation matters.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to import transactions.
- Support the finance team in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, with focus on all accounting aspects & Knowledge in (import taxation and Eway Bill management) is an additional support.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws and regulations, particularly related to imports and GST.
- Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to adapt to changes in regulations and industry practices.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
