The ITI Welder is responsible for performing welding operations on steel components as per engineering drawings while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, ARC, and TIG welding as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Weld MS, SS, and other steel components as per specifications.
- Inspect weld quality and rectify defects when required.
- Operate welding machines and related tools safely.
- Follow welding procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness (5S) and use PPE.
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum rework.
Qualifications
- ITI in Welder Trade.
- 1–3 years of experience in steel fabrication/manufacturing (Freshers can also apply).
