The Import-Export Manager at VNG Medical will be responsible for managing international shipments by preparing and verifying all necessary documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. This role involves engaging with international clients to provide exceptional service, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agents to track and optimize shipments, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline logistics operations. The manager will also identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
