Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial solar installations.
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs, assess their property for solar suitability, and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations,



proposals, and quotes, clearly articulating the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, update customer information, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solar solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
