Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

* Develop social media strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules

* Create and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and engaging captions

* Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, including concepts, locations, props, and shot lists.

* Collaborate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and video editors

* Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and community engagement

* Track social media performance using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics

* Monitor social media trends, competitors, algorithms, and viral content

* Analyze performance and suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.





* Support influencer collaborations and social media campaigns

Required Skills

* 1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing

* Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media trends

* Valuable content creation, copywriting, and communication skills

* Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.

* Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
