We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counselor to help students choose the right career path and achieve their professional goals.

## Job Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students regarding our IT training programs.

* Understand students' educational background and career aspirations, and recommend suitable courses.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk-in students.

* Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.

* Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information and guidance.

* Maintain student records and update the CRM on a daily basis.

* Coordinate with the admissions, training, and support teams for a smooth enrollment process.

* Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

* Participate in educational events, seminars, and career counseling activities when required.

## Required Skills





* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and counseling abilities.

* Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

* Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

* Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

* Prior experience in education counseling or admissions is preferred.

## Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or Sales is preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
