Position: Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Follow up with customers regarding their requirements and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Assist in customer engagement and relationship-building activities.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.





Requirements:

- Any Graduate / Plus Two qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and team-driven setting.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
