Electrical Maintenance – Job Description

Role: Electrical Maintenance

Location: Sriperumbudur / SIPCOT

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and production machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot motors, MCC/PCC panels, control panels, VFDs, contactors, relays, sensors and electrical circuits.
- Handle electrical maintenance of powder coating lines, conveyors, ovens, compressors, pumps and other utility equipment.
- Identify electrical faults and carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor and maintain LT panels, transformers, DG, APFC panels and power distribution systems.
- Conduct regular inspection and testing of electrical equipment.




- Support machine installation, commissioning and electrical panel wiring.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned shutdowns.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO, PPE and company safety procedures.
- Maintain adequate electrical spare parts and support vendors/contractors when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
