About the Role

Shivaay is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Excel.

This is a night shift, on-site position suited for someone who is highly analytical, organized, and passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and optimize Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Perform data cleaning, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making.
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Validate and ensure accuracy and consistency across large datasets.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver timely and accurate insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel.





- Strong command of advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Macros or VBA is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working on-site during the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
- Ability to work effectively 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment.
