Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms and online stores.

Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability.

Process and monitor online orders from order placement through delivery.

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across online platforms.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, and exchanges through online channels.

Manage promotional offers, discounts, and online marketing campaigns.

Monitor website and marketplace performance, sales, and customer activity.

Ensure accurate product information and attractive product presentation across all online platforms.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team to increase online traffic, sales, and customer engagement.

Prepare regular reports on online sales, orders, inventory, and overall e-commerce performance.





Ensure a smooth and positive online shopping experience for customers.

Support the company in achieving monthly e-commerce sales targets.

Education/ Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Salary

INR 20,000 – 25,000/- per month (Final salary will be discussed during the interview and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience)

Preferred Candidate

Previous experience as an E-Commerce Executive is preferred.

Previous experience in FMCG / perfume sales is an advantage.

Good communication and customer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently.

Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Familiarity with online retail operations and order management.

Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
