Job Description:

Mentorcrafts Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the software industry, and be willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities to drive company revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.




- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably software sales).
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
