Position: Sales Coordinator

Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
✅ 0–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Administration
✅ Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate and support daily sales operations
✔ Process customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
✔ Maintain customer and sales data in ERP/CRM systems
✔ Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams




✔ Track order status and provide timely customer updates
✔ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards
✔ Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
✔ Monitor inventory and coordinate deliveries
✔ Resolve customer issues and maintain sales documentation
✔ Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
