HexaLearn Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a full-time Jr. SEO Executive for our Bhubaneswar office.

This position is suitable for freshers who want to build a career in SEO as well as candidates with 1+ year of practical SEO experience.

The selected candidate will work on SEO activities for HexaLearn's website, service pages, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets. Training and guidance will be provided to help the candidate develop practical SEO skills.

The candidate should be willing to learn, follow established SEO processes, complete assigned tasks within deadlines, maintain proper documentation, and work consistently with the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research for website pages, service pages, landing pages, and blog content.
- Identify relevant keywords based on search volume, competition, and search intent.
- Perform On-Page SEO activities.
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and website content.
- Implement and maintain internal linking across relevant website pages.
- Review website content and suggest SEO improvements.
- Assist with basic Technical SEO checks.
- Monitor website indexing, clicks, impressions, and search performance using Google Search Console.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Track keyword rankings and maintain keyword tracking sheets.
- Assist with Off-Page SEO and link-building activities.
- Research relevant websites for guest posting and backlink opportunities.
- Assist with competitor SEO research and analysis.
- Identify basic website and SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for necessary corrections.
- Assist in optimizing existing landing pages and website content.
- Support the content team with keyword placement, headings,



search intent, and content optimization.
- Prepare and maintain basic SEO performance reports.
- Update SEO task sheets, keyword sheets, backlink records, and project documentation.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar tools to support SEO research and productivity.
- Complete assigned SEO tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Familiarity with keyword research and search intent.
- Basic understanding of link building.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Basic understanding of WordPress.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Knowledge of Google Keyword Planner.
- Experience with guest posting or backlink outreach.
- Previous SEO internship, course, certification, or personal SEO project.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
