- Design eye-catching graphics, creatives, and marketing materials for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create professional job announcement posters, hiring graphics, and career-related content.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to design visual content for recruitment and employer branding.
- Develop templates and maintain visual consistency across all brand communication.
- Design banners, presentations, and other collaterals as needed for events and campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with high quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and files.
