Position: CRM Executive
Experience: Fresher – 0 to 1 Year
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Project teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, requirements, and payments.
- Update daily customer interactions and lead status.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Support the sales team in customer relationship management.
- Ensure timely follow-up with existing and potential customers.

Requirements

- 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English,



Hindi & Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with valuable communication skills will be preferred.
