- Operations: Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping

- Sales & Revenue: Drive room sales, corporate tie-ups, wedding/events bookings, and local B2B partnerships

- OTA & Channel Management: Manage http://Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and direct booking channels

- Guest Service: Ensure world-class guest experience and handle escalations

- Team Leadership: Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling & performance

- P&L; & Cost Control: Drive occupancy, ARR, revenue and manage expenses

- Marketing: Run local marketing, tie-ups with travel agents, and promotional campaigns

- Compliance: Maintain quality, hygiene, and statutory standards

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

- Proven experience in hotel sales + operations

- Robust leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in Hindi & English

- Experience with PMS software, MS Office, and OTA dashboards

- Guest-centric mindset with ownership attitude

Pay: ₹10,467.47 - ₹49,332.02 per month
